EMDR Therapy Quarterly

Read the latest EMDR research published on Andrew Leeds’ blog, on the website of the Sonoma Psychotherapy Training Institute, which he directs. Seventeen of the 19 papers listed in his latest posting, for  February 2021, have links to open access full text articles. The first on the list concerns a small study which provides neurobiological evidence for the efficacy of EMDR in severe depression.

The blog gives abstracts and links to recently published papers. This posting’s video of the month is of Stanford neuroscientist, Andrew Huberman, discussing the benefits of lateral eye movements in EMDR therapy.
